KITCHEN BEFORE & AFTER

We started the kitchen remodel last spring and it has been a very long process but well worth the wait!

I am displaying the pictures in a progression of the gradual transformation of the kitchen..

BEFORE:

What the kitchen looked like when we first bought the house.

                                         After i painted the cabinets white..

                                          then white and beige..

AFTER:

Although there are still things that could use perfecting (paint, floor, moldings) I am so grateful to have a beautiful new, clean kitchen and lucky to have such awesome parents who trusted me with my creative design abilities!

I have also been on the hunt for a dining table for who knows how long till I stumbled upon a quick, inexpensive, easy solution..at IKEA! 

I found these table legs in the Home office section in Ikea for 14.99 

The table top was only 60! 

So grand total for dining table =$90

2 coats of stain and 2 coats of polyurethane. 

All the chairs I have found over time on curbs and streets, just painted and reupholstered. One day I will have all new matching chairs, but works for now!

Embarking on a new hobby! The number one thing I lack in my wardrobe is JEWELRY and the main reason is because I can never find any that I like! Of course if I do find anything its out of my price range or just cheapy bad quality, so I thought heck i'll make it myself! I am branching the name off of Witty Interior and plan on setting up my Etsy shop as soon as i get enough pieces in my inventory. I'll keep you posted! But heres a teaser of things to come..
